½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup vanilla protein powder
½ cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla protein powder and salt until fully incorporated.
- Add the rolled oats to the mixture and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries with a spatula to avoid crushing them.
- Using a small scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 12 even balls.
- Place the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
