1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Transfer the creamy mixture to a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the cocoa powder, almond flour, and chocolate protein powder until a thick dough forms.
- Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and roll into 10 even balls.
- Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
