Description

Indulge in these rich, fudgy protein bites that taste exactly like brownie batter but are packed with muscle-building cottage cheese and chocolate protein.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and peanut butter to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer the creamy mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the cocoa powder, almond flour, and chocolate protein powder until a thick dough forms.
  4. Gently stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and roll into 10 even balls.
  6. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

Notes

  • Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture.
  • If the dough is too sticky, add an extra tablespoon of almond flour.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
