6 small Low-Carb Tortillas (street taco size)
5 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
1/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon (divided)
4 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, 1 tsp cinnamon, and the Swerve confectioners sugar substitute until smooth.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each low-carb tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the cream cheese filling.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Place the roll-ups in the skillet seam-side down. Cook on all sides until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated Swerve and the remaining 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- Remove the hot tortillas from the pan and immediately sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
Notes
