Ingredients

1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2–4 tbsp milk (or plant-based milk)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder and rolled oats; whisk until blended.
- Add nut butter and maple syrup; stir until smooth.
- Gradually mix in milk until you reach a dough-like consistency.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
- Adjust milk quantity based on your protein powder’s absorbency.
