Description

A no-bake, edible cookie dough packed with protein and fiber, ready in 10 minutes. The perfect healthy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

1 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips
24 tbsp milk (or plant-based milk)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine protein powder and rolled oats; whisk until blended.
  2. Add nut butter and maple syrup; stir until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in milk until you reach a dough-like consistency.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired before serving.
